Customer Care Plans

We offer three types of Customer Care Plans for each of our products:


All three plans provide unlimited access to our Internet Customer Care System which features downloading of the latest program updates and access to our Product Knowledgebase to assist in the answering of questions and resolving common problems. To access the Customer Care System you will be required to select the product type and your Password, which is assigned when you enroll in one of the plans.

Gold & Silver Plan provide unlimited telephone support. Gold Plan provides a toll free telephone number as contrasted to Silver Plan where you pay for your own calls. Bronze Plan provides the latest product updates but telephone support is provided at a cost of $80 per incident.
